    Throughout October the Chilean people have been protesting against a rise in transport fares, high living costs, and inequality in the country.   On October 1, 2019, the Panel of Public Transport Experts decided to raise fare prices to CLP$10 for buses and CLP$30 for the Santiago Metro and Metrotén a t peak hours with a fare decrease of CLP$30 at off-peak hours; scheduled to begin on October 6(cooperativa.cl).   According to La Tercera, the protests began on October 7 as a fare-dodging campaign organized by students.   Just last Friday, a historical event took place-- thousands came to Nevada for the sole purpose of finding aliens.   Area 51 has been the subject of conspiracies since the 1950s, a popular topic being aliens hidden within. On June 27th, streamer Matty Roberts(SmyleeKun) created a joke event on Facebook that would later become the legendary Storm Area 51, They Can't Stop All of Us . He severely underestimated the power of the Internet, and millions had signed up to storm the highly classified government facility.   Of course, the actual government took note and Roberts switched gears, and started promoting Alienstock, a music festival to be held in Rachel. Yesterday a new Pokémon has been revealed! Previously teased as a "glitched" sprite on the official   Pokémon  website with a heavily redacted  Pokédex entry , Sirfetch'd has finally made its debut. What a duck. Sirfetch'd (ネギガナイト Negiganaito) is the Galarian evolved form of the Kanto Pokémon Farfetch'd. The official site's Pokédex entry states that only Farfetch'd that have survived many battles can attain this evolution. Whether that specifies a level or specific number of battles it must fight in is unknown. It is exclusive to Pokémon Sword.
